 | Pressure Pot
Pressure Pot is designed for use in applying pressure to force resin into thin sections of a mold by crushing the existing air to eliminate bubbles in your finished pieces. It comes with a safety release valve, gauge, and fittings. The only other two items you will have to obtain is an air compressor of at least 3.5 horsepower and a 1/4 coupling/adapter to attach to your air compressor line. Dimensions: 9.25 diameter x 8 tall.
Note: If you want to pressure cast your pieces, you must either degas or pressure cast your silicone. If the mold itself has air bubbles inside of the it (not on the surface where they can be seen), the pressure applied during the casting pressure will compress those bubbles inside the mold and deform your finished casting.
