Temperature Data Logger Electronic Kit

	Kit 145 is a PC controlled 4 channel temperature meter (either deg C or F) using the serial port, a PIC12C509 and up to 4 DS18S20 1-Wire High Precision Temperature Sensor. No external power required. Each DS18S20 may be located over 200 meters away from the motherboard and PC. This is an ideal use for old 386 and 486 computers: continuous temperature data logging. The logged data can be dumped into an Excel spreadsheet or captured by your own program written in BASIC, C or any other language of your choosaing. As you can see from the photo there is not much to the hardware. The kit is supplied with one DS18S20.
