Twinkle Toes Touch Sensor for Toddler

 

These optional bumper sensors (called "Twinkle Toes" in the Advanced Robotics text that comes with Toddler) detect low-lying objects which are not seen by the infrared sensors. Bi-color LEDs glow green for "path clear" and red when the sensors detect an object.

The kit includes two toes, extra pieces of wire so you can experiment with custom bumper designs, mounting hardware and two 12" cables for an easy connection to Toddler's BASIC Stamp board.
