The ARobot (pronounced "A robot") is a computer controlled mobile robot designed for Experimenters and Educators ages 14 and up (younger with help). It has a socket for a Parallax Basic Stamp II (BSII-IC) which you program to accomplish your robotic missions. It has a dedicated input-output (I/O) control board with motor, servo and sensor interfaces which communicates with the BS2-IC using a simple serial protocol. This base kit comes complete with aluminum chassis, wheels, motor, steering servo, drive shaft encoder sensor, two whisker contact sensors and the I/O control board. BASIC Stamp 2 Module not included.
