Click here for high res picture ...	The Board of Education (BOE) is a flexible platform for experimentation and prototyping with the Basic Stamp. This latest version of the BOE features a USB connector instead of the old DB9 serial connector. It also has all the standard BOE features including a mechanically interlocked power supply to prevent simultaneous connection of transformer and a battery; headers exposing all sixteen I/O pins (P0 to P15) plus Vdd and Vss, a 5.1 x 3.5 cm (2" x 1 3/8" solderless breadboard and a female 10-pin dual row connector for optional AppMods. It also features a power switch with a debugging position which powers the BS2 while disabling the servo power connectors. It also provides a jumper to choose whether servo motor power is obtained from Vdd (regulated 5v) or Vin (direct battery or power supply). The board comes with a USB cable.
