If you don't have a serial port on your machine, this is an easy solution. To use this adapter simply plug it in to your machine's USB port using a USB A to mini B cable (not included) and install the appropriate FTDI driver for your operating system (Windows. Macintosh and UNIX/LINUX. The adapter is compatible with all Parallax BASIC Stamp, Javelin and SX-Key products.
