Response Time We are a small company. When you call or send email you are talking to the people who actually process your orders and manage the web site. Most of the time that allows us to handle your questions or problems very quickly and directly. Because we do not have a large staff or use a call center there are times when we cannot answer the phone or respond to emails right away. There are even times when we lose track of messages. We are trying to grow as fast as we can in order to provide more staff to handle your messages and better systems to keep track of them. Please be as patient as you can but if you think your call or email has been lost try again. Our goal is to provide a reasonable answer to every customer question and concern. We aren't perfect, but we definitely care.
Warehouse Pick-Up Need something today? You can place orders specifying a shipping method of "Will Call." Depending on my availability, orders can be picked up seven days a week by appointment. Put a note in the checkout comments box telling me when you would like to come but don't head out until you receive email confirmation that the order is ready and that I am available at your requested time. I will generally need an hour or two to prepare your order.
