| Alumilite Flex80 Rubber Casting Resin: Tan, 28oz Alumilite Flex 80 is an extremely tough, flexible urethane rubber. Use it to cast robot and model car parts (tires, wipers, floor mats), pistol grips, taxidermy parts (bear noses, gills, fins), concrete stamps, urethane rubber molds, rollers, bumpers and any other hard rubber applications you may have. For a smooth finish you must cast under pressure using Pressure Pot to eliminate bubbles. The mixed resin has a 4 minute work time. Demold time is 30 minutes for a 100 gram casting. Full cure time is 72 hours. Molds must be preheated in order to achieve proper curing. Up to 1% dye may be added to the "A" material.  | Pressure Pot Pressure Pot is designed for use in applying pressure to force resin into thin sections of a mold by crushing the existing air to eliminate bubbles in your finished pieces. It comes with a safety release valve, gauge, and fittings. The only other two items you will have to obtain is an air compressor of at least 3.5 horsepower and a 1/4 coupling/adapter to attach to your air compressor line. Dimensions: 9.25 diameter x 8 tall. Note: If you want to pressure cast your pieces, you must either degas or pressure cast your silicone.
